Bermuda Escape

It's June and I'm heading to Bermuda, one of the most gorgeous places on this earth. I first fell in love with the islands exactly one year ago about the same time I made official my love for my husband, Len. When he decided to take me there on our honeymoon, he knew I would fall in love with the entire package just as he had some twenty years ago. His love for diving drew him there; his love for me drew him back.

Judy's Journey

General George Washington's crossing on the Delaware River, Christmas night, 1776 (Washington Crossing, PA) . . . . . . Is perception everything? I look through my camera lens at this unique world Perfect clarity without the slightest bit of haze. Auto-focus plus rose-colored glasses. However get real, there’s always haze. Even Washington was surprised by the amount of snow and ice that bombarded his men. The unexpected is always around the corner - on our daily journey as well as those out-of-the ordinary. But with a little tweaking and patience, I can focus, put things in perspective and then ‘click’ the shutter. Get the shot. Make it a part of me. My red neck friend flutters above my left shoulder and teaches me lessons. Know what you need and where to find it and, then, go get it. Perception, persistence, and patience. Not a bad lesson.
